I’m Hez — husband, father to two awesome kids, and caretaker of four furry companions. The gym is my happy place. It’s where I go for therapy, stress relief, and pure enjoyment. I love throwing weights around — not just for the physical challenge, but for what it gives back mentally and emotionally.
I believe strength and resistance training is for everyone. It’s not just about building muscle — it’s about building a better life. My coaching is rooted in this belief. Strength training boosts metabolism, improves bone density, enhances mobility, and reduces the risk of injury. For younger folks, it lays the groundwork for lifelong fitness. For older adults, it preserves muscle, protects joints, and supports independence. No matter your age or experience, resistance training helps you move better, feel stronger, and age with confidence.
